Delivery Policy

We pride ourselves on delivering a high quality service for our customers and equally will endeavour to ensure that your work arrives with you on time and in the same condition as it was dispatched.

1. HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?

Depending on your location, you are welcome to collect your stationery from us. If not, our orders are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery or Parcel Force 48hr service depending on the size and weight of the parcel. Your order will need to be signed for.  For a quicker or guaranteed service then we can courier it on the day of your choice. Please let us know in advance which service you would prefer. 

2. HOW WILL MY SAMPLE BE SENT? 

Samples are sent out by 1st class post.

3. WHO IS LIABLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE OF MY PACKAGE?

We will not accept liability for the loss or damage arising after delivery has been made. If you would like your order insured please ask for a quote before posting. The Royal Mail's special delivery service offers compensation for loss or damage in the post.

4. WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?

Delivery is usually Monday - Friday between 9am -5pm. Post sent 1st class recorded should take within 1-2 days but this is not guaranteed.  For urgent delivery please ask for an upgrade to special delivery. Parcelforce items should be with you within 2 days of posting.

5. MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your order hasn't arrived on the due date please inform us as soon as possible so we can follow this up with the courier to ensure delivery takes place as soon as possible. 

6. DOES MY ORDER INCLUDE THE COST OF POSTAGE?

No, the prices quoted are exclusive of the cost of postage and packaging.
