By using this website you agree to be subject to these Terms and Conditions. Beverley Davidson may at any time and at its sole discretion amend, change or modify these Terms & Conditions. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The products and services listed on this website are available only within the United Kingdom unless otherwise agreed. It may not be possible to ship all goods or products overseas, but please check with us to see if it is possible. We reserve the right not to provide goods or services or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Please contact us to let us know if you are not totally satisfied with your order as soon as you receive it. At Beverley Davidson London we make everything to order and therefore refunds and exchanges can only be given where the product is found to be damaged, or not fit for purpose.
Due to the nature of the calligraphy product being handwritten there will be slight variations and this is to be expected. We are not required to provide you with a refund if you have simply changed your mind or you find a similar or the same item cheaper elsewhere.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
We make all stationery to order so once the work has begun and materials have been ordered it must be paid for in full. If the work hasn't begun then it may be possible to only pay for the material and a partial refund will be given. If no work has started and no material has been ordered then your order can be cancelled and your payment returned in full. Orders can't be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
We will take every care to ensure that everything is correct and as it should be but it is your responsibility to check that all the details, spelling, layout and font size and so on, is correct, i.e. names will be spelt as given. Any mistakes spotted after proof checking may result in the stationery being replaced at your expense. Work will not commence unless you are happy and give permission to do so. A delay with the proof checking may result in a delay in the delivery.
The prices on the website are current at the time of display but are subject to variation without notice. All prices are listed in British Pound Sterling (GBP) and do not include the cost of delivery.
Beverley Davidson London is not currently registered for VAT as yet.
At the time of ordering we are happy to take full or part payment. If you choose to split the payment then a 50% deposit will be required before work begins and the remaining balance, will be due before the order is dispatched. We do not accept orders at Beverley Davidson London until it has been checked and approved. We will contact you by phone or email if there is a problem.
COPYRIGHTS AND RESTRICTIONS
The copyright of all material on this website remains the property of Beverley Davidson London unless otherwise stated or the client buys the Rights. This work including images, designs and calligraphy may not be copied, republished, distributed by email or electronic means and may not be used commercially without written permission.
All commissioned work is photographed before being despatched; photographs may be used by Beverley Davidson London for promotional purposes e.g. on this website, in promotional literature and to show to clients. However, calligraphy of a very personal nature e.g. an expression of love will not be placed in the public domain. Your personal details will not be passed to third parties. All material on this site is protected by copyright.
The information that you provide on our website will only be used to communicate with you and to fulfill your order. We will never share or sell your information on to a third party.
WHAT IF MY ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE?
If your order hasn't arrived on the due date please inform us as soon as possible so we can follow this up with the courier to ensure delivery takes place as soon as possible. We cannot accept responsibility for any orders lost or damaged in the post. We will not accept liability for loss or damage arising after delivery has taken place. If you would like your order to be insured please ask for a quote before posting.
ONLINE ORDERS PLACED ON THE WEEKEND
Please note that online orders place after 5pm on Friday and both Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. We do not post out goods on Saturdays, Sundays or on UK Bank Holidays unless prior arrangements have been made.
When ordering stationery that we provide we try to represent the colours shown on our website as accurately as possible. Thus we are happy to provide a sample of our work upon request.
